FAQs

We LOVE our customers. We hope you love us and our furniture, so please make sure it’s what you want before you buy it. All sales are final due to the nature of antique furniture in “as­is” condition.

Does Liberty & 33rd Have a Return Policy?

Return Policy: Due to the nature of antiques and vintage furniture, we cannot accept any returns on purchased items. This means all sales are final so please inspect the items and measure before you purchase.

Do You Consign Pieces?

Consignment: We will consider consignment of certain antique and vintage items. Please email us to inquire about terms.

Will Liberty & 33rd Hold an Item for Me?

Deposit Holds: Yes, We will hold an item for up to one week (7 days) from the time we receive a 20% down deposit. After a week has passed and an item(s) has not been paid for in full, the deposit becomes store credit and the item(s) is no longer on hold.

Do you guys offer layaway?

Layaway: Yes, layaway can be arranged, please inquire about terms.

Do you guys deliver?

Delivery: We do charge a flat delivery based on the distance of the delivery. Please contact us if you live outside the South Bend/Mishawaka area. We will we deliver up to 100 miles from South Bend.

If I purchase an item, will you ship it to me?

Shipping: Yes, we will ship most pieces to the continental U.S. using a White Glove shipping service. Please inquire to get an estimated quote.
